Hi guys,

I'm looking to replace my current c2x shield textures with more "canon" looking shields, preferably ones that look like Voyager's in-game. Any suggestions? I liked the stock shields but forgot to backup my sphere tga. file when I installed c2x and now Im hunting for dloadable textures that look as good or better than the stock version...

...opinions?

I think this one is best. But that is just an opinion.

IMO The "Solarflare Shields" out of this Pack

are quite good.
Even though they are nothing like Voyagers shields.

I've always used the shield texture included in the Stargate Pack (v3.) I've found that it looks good on every race and era, and doesn't look out of place, like some textures do.

Same here, and the effect seems to last longer too which is cool. I like seeing my shields for a second or 2 after their hit

For some reason I can't find the SG pack v.3. BC files has version 1 and 2 but not 3, all they have is the multiplayer patch.

Again the Stargate ones are what I used on my "Holy-crap-thats-a-huge-install" game on my old PC.

I think they were awesome, IIRC they gave a 'ripple' effect which I found cool.
