The thread mostlikely got archived.
It's not that important anyway.

For all effects and purposes, the thread starter had a subject of "HELP!!!!111", wrote the entire post in all caps (the closest thing you can get to "shouting" on the internet), and what he wrote described absolutely nothing about the problem he was having. All the while saying how smart he was and that he was an expert and was absolutely sure his issue wasn't in the (rather extensive, Oracle is thorough) help files nor did searching yield anything.

So if he really was an expert he wouldn't be having that problem in the first place, and he didn't say anything regarding his problem. Which rules out the possibility of anyone helping said person.

Translating this to the Technical Support forum, if you only say "BC doesn't work", then we honestly can't help you.
If you were to say BC crashes, or I get a black screen, then it says infinitely more than "BC doesn't work", the first one is mostlikely a projectile file missing, or a faulty tgl or a nif not found (and then only for Characters). In the latter case, we can direct you to getting more debug info since it's just a script that wasn't properly tested/made or is in conflict with another script.

I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...
